Main Points:
The silk lies against the foot from the outside.
Pull the poles inwards and step over with the foot.
Knee to the outside.
Squat down (pubic bone close to the poles).
Pointed foot.
Common Mistakes:
Foot knot would not hold
--> The knee always stays outside, even if the knee is extended (keep a minimal bend of the knee).
--> Pointe toes to prevent sliding.
