Who is this course for?
You're an intermediate to advanced aerialist looking for a shortcut to learning a flow/choreography.
Prerequisites:
Solid Hip Key, Invert, Grip Strength to hang in the air for a minimum of 30 seconds.
What is the course about?
We will learn skills and tricks, connect them, and add them up to a flow.
