Who is this course for?
You're an intermediate to advanced aerialist looking for a shortcut to learning a flow/choreography.
Prerequisites:
Solid Hip Key, Invert, Grip Strength to hang in the air for a minimum of 30 seconds.
What is the course about?
We will learn five skills and tricks, connect them, and add them up to a flow. This course emphasizes different flips and rolls.
What will I be able to do after this course?
After taking this course, you will be able to connect a series of new tricks, poses, and drops so you can confidently move to the given music or a music piece of your choice.
